Two-way live online lectures are scheduled during the weekends. Typically 5 – 8 hours of engagement is planned, the schedule of which is communicated well in advance. Faculty and Subject Matter Experts lead these interactive sessions. A recording of these sessions is hosted on the Learning Management System (LMS) for subsequent reference and practice.

Our LMS platform has been designed to engage and inspire a learner by providing access to all the learning resources including texts, videos, screencasts & lecture recordings; participate in discussion forums; communicate with the faculty and the program team. A leaner has the option to take-up the several quizzes and the MCQs that follow at the end of every unit of the course, track learning progress, submit assignments and much more.

A learner is provided access to an exhaustive tailor-made Self Learning Material (SLM) on the LMS. The SLM will also indicate sources of additional readings and resources available on the internet and on-campus library.

Assessment of performance in all courses is based on two components – Internal Assessment and University Examination conducted online at the end of the Semester.

The Program emphasizes on Experiential Learning that allows learners to apply concepts learnt in the classroom in simulated and real work situations. This is achieved through Simulation Tools, Platforms & Environments.

Carefully chosen real-world cases & assignments are both discussed and used as problem-solving exercises during the Program.

JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) shares its vision with the New Education Policy issued by the University Grants Commission (UGC) to conduct Entrance Test for students without formal qualifications desiring to enrol for a degree program.

A Degree from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% of total marks obtained (45% for SC/ST) in the cognate/related subjects in the entire degree course.

• Attested/notarized photocopies of the last qualifying exam and statement of marks (degree certificate/mark sheet)
• Attested photo copy of the marriage certificate (if applicable) indicating change in name.

Total fees - rs. 30,300, eligibility.

• JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) follows a 100% fee refund policy for students who wish to withdraw from taking up a course by issuing a notice within 15 days of their admission date or before the admission closure date.
• Students issuing course withdrawal notice exceeding 15 days would be refunded only 80% of the total fees and only 50% of fee repayment would be done if the notice issue exceeds to 30 days. If the student exceeds 30 days, the students would not be entitled to any fee refund.
• Once the application of course withdrawal is received, candidates would be refunded within 15 days.

What will be the medium of instruction for all programs?

The medium of instruction is English. Hence, candidates are requested to have good English Communication and Comprehension skills.

The Institution plans to launch all the programs in online format i.e. the student can access the course content online. However, students may have to appear for the exams at the designated exam centers.

Can I take these programs at my own pace or are there any fixed timelines?

You can learn anytime, but the end term examinations and internal assessments should be completed as per the deadlines set by the University.

How do I get to know the detailed syllabus of the program?

It is available in the learning management system (LMS). You can get the subject details of the programs under Academics section.

What is the examination pattern?

Jain (Deemed-to-be University) programs include continuous assessments, home assignments, practical and term exams that include multiple choice and subjective questions.
