MGT 325 GCU Organizational Change Communications Plan Presentation

Description.

This is a Collaborative Learning Community (CLC) assignment.

The purpose of this assignment is to collaborate with your group, synthesize information from your individual Topic 8 assignments, and create a final organizational change communications plan presentation for your selected company.

In a presentation medium approved by your instructor that uses at least one technological communications tool (e.g., PowerPoint presentation, recorded Zoom of a “fireside chat” with Q&A, Loom recording with slides, etc.), create a 7-10-minute presentation with your group. Include 7 or 8 slides, containing your title information and references slide(s) and a minimum of five slides of content. For content, your group’s presentation should include the following:

  • In one slide, provide a brief overview of your team’s summary and findings information. Do not include everything from all of your individual summaries and findings but focus on the most important, key information from these areas.
  • In two or three slides, spend most of the presentation addressing your group’s recommendations and how you will measure success.
  • In one slide, share the main points of focus for your team’s external stakeholder communication (created in the individual Benchmark – Challenges of Using Technological Communication Tools assignment). Again, this should be a synthesized effort and not a collective list of individual ones.
  • In one slide (two if needed), include three to five observations regarding your group’s collaboration experiences and the application of a “give and take” mentality to communicate your message.

Work as a group to synthesize your sources used to support this presentation based on previous research efforts with your group. Include a minimum of eight sources in your references slide. No new sources are required for this assignment. Your group leader will submit the group presentation as directed by your instructor (e.g., a PowerPoint presentation, link to an uploaded video recording).
