The new forest snake catcher.

I heard about Brusher Mills a while ago and the idea stuck in my mind like a stubborn splinter. I've started writing a fictional book based on the idea of him. It's a ghost story, with the ghost in question being a homeless snake catcher. This post is very useful. Thanks.

Harry 'Brusher' Mills (19 March 1840 – 1 July 1905) was a hermit, resident in the New Forest in Hampshire, England, who made his living as a snake-catcher. He became a local celebrity and an attraction for visitors to the New Forest.
